Message	not sure if this is the same for other states, so I went with Grundy. Got an agreed value of $60K with 50/100 and $500.00 deductible and a yearly payment of $400.00 and that's because I live too close to the city (high risk area). Beats my previous policy, $800.00 for 3 months out of the year and hope for the best on the remaining 9 months. "Wednesday's I host American Idol parties at my place.
